A product may be returned or exchanged if it is in its original condition at the time of purchase and is packed in its original packaging.

A product may also be returned or exchanged if the advertised results were not achieved after using it.

Returns can be made within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Please take a photo and send the product while specifying the city, address, and order number so it can be exchanged for another product if it is damaged, has a certain defect, or is not functioning properly.

The full amount will be returned to the customer if the received product is completely different from the product displayed on our website.

We are not responsible for the customer's usage expectations of products that were not mentioned on the product page of our website.

A 30% deduction will be applied if the customer no longer wants the product and there is no defect or stated problem.
