When will my order arrive?

It depends on the chosen shipping company and the courier responsible for delivery. We provide a group of shipping agents for several major cities, and it usually takes from 1 to 3 days after placing and confirming the order.

Is there shipping outside the country?

Currently, the contracted shipping companies deliver within the country and to a set of specific cities listed on the delivery page. All the cities the courier can reach are shown there.

You can request international shipping from the store team via WhatsApp to provide information on product weight and pricing by international shipping agents not currently registered in the store.

If there is a manufacturing defect in the product?

You should refer to and read the return policy to learn about the conditions of returns and exchanges. In the event of a manufacturing defect that has been agreed upon for return, the cost of shipping to the company and the return shipping cost will be charged to the customer. However, according to the return policy, the price of the product itself will not be charged to the customer.
